UGA highlights Grayson alum Rachel Seasholtz for outstanding academics

RachelSOkay, I’m going to go ahead and admit my bias here: I got to know Rachel Seasholtz by teaching her in the Grayson High Christian Learning Center several years ago. She was bright, articulate, funny, and smarter than a room full of rocket scientists.

So it was with great joy that I came across this University of Georgia profile of Rachel, highlighting her amazing academic achievements. According to the article, she will graduate with TWO bachelor’s degrees AND her Masters degree on the same day.

When I was in college, I was lucky to get all of my laundry done on the same day.

Please, please, please – go read the University’s post. Rachel is exactly the kind of role model young people need, and I’m excited to share a story about someone’s success in the world of academics.
