Planning Commission puts Grayson-area development on hold

A zoning announcement is posted on the property at the intersection of Hope Hollow Road and Highway 20.

The yellow signs up and down Highway 2o have hinted that change could be headed our way, but the Gwinnett County Planning Commission announced yesterday that change will have to wait a bit.

According to the Gwinnett Daily Post, the Planning Commission has tabled discussion for a 300+ acre development for the stretch of 20 around Champions Way, Hope Hollow Road and Oak Grove Road. The proposed development, which was submitted by Grayson Investment Partners, LLC., was presented at the April 15th Planning Commission meeting.
