Planning Commission approves Highway 20 rezoning


Homeowners near Grayson High School need to prepare themselves.

Last night, the Gwinnett County Planning Commission decided to approve the proposed residential and retail development along Highway 20 between Champions Way and Oak Grove Road.

The Commission decided to approve the plan as is, with a proviso regarding when the retail portion could be developed, starting around 2017.
