New homes for seniors proposed for property at Cooper and Langley Roads

Senior citizens looking for housing options in Grayson are in luck: a proposed development might bring dozens of new homes to the corner of Cooper and Langley Roads.

The development, according to reporting by The Gwinnett Daily Post, would bring between 130-140 homes to a “senior-oriented subdivision”. The proposal goes before the Gwinnett County Planning Commission on Wednesday, January 3rd at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Gwinnett County Justice and Administration Center in the auditorium.

  1. Is this a assisted living or over 55 and active community that u will own your home? I am looking for a community where I own and have access to pool and activities to keep me active and engaged and healthy…. also reasonable..not a Hugh house or price. I live in Grayson and live it here but 150 to 160 is as high as a single retiring female can afford.. is this possible in your new community??
