11053413_1257939570890488_3316461702792728973_oThe kids have been out of school for six days now. You’ve been to the pool, the movies, the park, the beach, to Six Flags and downtown. You need another adventure for the coming weekend. What will you do?

What will you do?

Simple. You’ll head to Grayson City Park for the 6th Annual Spring Green Festival. The event will be held on Saturday, June 4th, 2016 (10am – 5pm). Hosted by Heart of Gwinnett and the Greater Eastside Chamber of Commerce, the focus is on fun for all.

The event will happen come rain or shine, so bring your family and friends for a day full of activities that include:

  • Kid’s Zone
  • Local Vendors
  • Car and Motorcycle Show
  • Fabulous Food
  • Entertainment

There will also be a dunking booth, where I’m scheduled to spend some time between 2:00 and 3:00 PM. This is your chance to test your arm and get heckled a little, all for a good cause. That’s because all proceeds from the Spring Green Festival will benefit the Amanda Riley Foundation and local charities.

Event organizers invite you to come out for a great day of family activities, fellowship, entertainment, shopping, and to support your community and local businesses!

For more information you can visit the Spring Green website or their Facebook event page.
