FREE Kids & Pros Youth football clinic at Bay Creek Park on Sept. 13

grayson clinic 2015.jpgWith summer two-a-days ending and football season nigh upon us (hallelujah!), the folks and Kids & Pros Youth Football are offering a chance to help your youngster play the game safely. Founded by former Atlanta Falcons Buddy Curry and Bobby Butler, the non-profit organization is dedicated to helping kids build character and cooperation through the ultimate team sport.

To that end, Kids & Pros is offering a completely FREE clinic at Bay Creek Park on Sunday, September 13th, from 2:00 until 5:00 PM. Space for the clinic is limited, so registration is required.

Presented in partnership with Gwinnett Medical Center, camp participants will learn safe tackling techniques along with position-specific fundamentals training from former NFL athletes. The camp is a non-contact event, so no football pads or gear is required. Kids will also learn life-skills during the three-hour session, and there is an optional basketball camp being offered during the same window.

If your child attends, he or she will need to bring a water bottle marked with their name and wear light colored, breathable clothing suitable for physical activity. No electronic devices or jewelry will be permitted. You can view the camp flyer below.

You can register your child for the clinic here:
